We know Cassandra’s quiet strength and incredible perseverance will inspire you as much it did us.  She tells us her story of the breaking point that while reaching out for help dealing with Perinatal and Postpartum Anxiety, led her to take her power back.

Cassandra shares with us how personal development coaching, spirituality, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing; a psychotherapy treatment that was designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories) helped her find ways to honor herself, change her thought patterns, release trauma naturally, and open the floodgates of her true potential.

She stopped allowing society and her experiences to tell her what she was worth as she stepped into her incredible truth and power. Now Cassandra owns her experiences and traumas and speaks of them through advocacy and education. She focused on changing the narrative and healing generational trauma for her daughter.  The spiritual shift she experienced awakened inside her the knowledge that her inner guidance is bigger and more powerful than she had been giving herself credit for will empower you.

Cassandra explains how she was tired of not feeling worthy when she knew deep down that she truly was. When she stopped looking outside for what could fix her and instead looked within, she found growth, liberation, and an appreciation for all the abundance she had in her life.
