Instructor: Megan Horowitz, co-creator of Enlightenedhood, has a B.S in Psychology and an M.S in Exercise Science. She is an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, a Prenatal Yoga Teacher with additional Post-Natal Training, Level Two Reiki Practitioner, Certified Meditation Instructor, and a ChildLight Yoga Teacher.
