Victoria also shares why awareness is one of the most important things for shadow work and how we can avoid letting our shadows consume us as we begin to bring them to the surface.
Victoria offers some amazing advice on how to shift the way we interact with our emotions to create better boundaries and reminds us that our shadows are oftentimes intertwined with our identity, so this type of work is not always comfortable!
