E60: The Power of Connection

On this episode of Enlightenedhood, meet Amanda Angelica, a mama of three, an OG Enlightenedhood member, and a beautiful soul who is shining light and giving us some beautiful reminders during this time.

Amanda shares a story that sparked her most recent period of growth and reminds us to never sit on on our dreams. She also shares why it’s important to nurture every aspect of our lives, be intentional for our kids, and have more intention about the way we interact and connect with others.

Amanda grew up with a single mom of three from Puerto Rico, who raised her with the importance of self-care, intentionality, and mindfulness, that she then was able to bring into her role as a mother. Read more about the way mindfulness plays a role in her life here.
